It is based on the LfDI&#8217;s (\u201cLandesbeautragte f\u00fcr Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit\u201d) position on the DSK&#8217;s (German data protection conference) guidance draft of 22nd December 2021.<br><br><strong>To summarize shortly:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The document contains in-depth information on the correct design of cookie banners (question 4). It is considered necessary to show a&nbsp;<strong>button for refusing consent<\/strong>&nbsp;already on the first layer of the CMP (question 4.3, section &#8222;easily accessible refusal&#8220;).<\/li><li>Consents according to the&nbsp;<strong>TCF 2.0 standard<\/strong>&nbsp;are considered ineffective (question 4.5).
