We summarise the key points of the changes:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Deadline extensions<\/strong><br><strong>High-risk AI systems&nbsp;<\/strong>(e.g. in the fields of employment or education) must only be fully compliant from&nbsp;<strong>2 December 2027<\/strong>&nbsp;(Annex III) or&nbsp;<strong>2 August 2028<\/strong>&nbsp;(Annex I) respectively.<\/li><li><strong>New prohibition of AI-generated nudifications<\/strong><br>The EU prohibits AI systems that generate sexually explicit or intimate content without consent.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The text of the legislation will be finalised in the coming weeks.
