Key points of the regulation are, for example, the rules for cookie tracking and e-mail marketing. Just at the beginning of November, the EU Parliament adopted the draft regulation with 318 votes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But both the content and the original timetable are now generating new discussions.
