Datenschutz Cert GmbH from the DSN Group is the first officially recognized certification body authorized to certify both controllers and processors in Germany in the field of data protection. We are delighted to announce that we are the first official cooperation partner of the DSN Group to support obtaining a state accredited data protection seal through Datenschutz Cert GmbH. Since certification bodies are not permitted by law to provide consulting services, ePrivacy is now available as a consulting partner for our clients. The certification body and other parties involved from the DSN Group are not allowed to provide any advice in the process of obtaining a government data protection seal. However, due to the effort and complexity involved, there is a high demand for consulting — which ePrivacy is happy to provide. |

This assessment checks the general suitability of a business or its product for a data protection seal. This ensures that there are no unpleasant surprises during the later certification process.
