On January 6, 2026, the BSI portal for registering companies affected by NIS-2 was activated.
Therefore, if you have not already done so, your company must now take action and independently check whether you are affected by the NIS-2 Directive. If you are affected, you must register your company via the BSI-Portal by March 6, 2026.
