GDPR has to be implemented by May 25, 2018. BVDW (iab Germany) has recently published its guidelines “EU-Datenschutzgrundverordnung 2018” (German) for the GDPR implementation with the support of ePrivacy.
It is meant to inform about the GDPR and to offer companies orientation on how to apply the new law to their business model. More information (in German) is available here.
